Your Role:

As our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting families with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Explaining treatment costs and collecting payments
  • Managing patient records and office documents
  • Assisting with training guides and office procedures
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand work-related documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
  • Flexible and adaptable—open to learning and growing with the team
