We are looking for caring, friendly and reliable individuals with good communication skills who love helping others and who want to make a positive difference to the lives of our clients by providing the highest level of care for them to help them achieve maximum independence.

Duties will include:

· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

· Personal care

· Administering medication

· Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

· Shopping

· Housekeeping

· Meal preparation

· Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

We support people in their own home across Colchester includingWest Mersea, Manningtree, Elmstead Market, Dedham Vale, Tiptree, Wivenhoe, Coggeshall, Halstead & Nayland and surrounding areas, so living locally is essential.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hospitality, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
