This is a remote position.

  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed and precise drafting solutions for commercial interior projects.

  • Produce accurate floor plans, elevation drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Ensure designs align with project specifications, building codes, zoning ordinances, and industry regulations.

  • Conduct research on municipal codes and development regulations relevant to project requirements.

  • Assist in space programming, schematic design, and preliminary design approval processes.

  • Prepare presentation materials and project documentation following company standards.

  • Communicate regularly with the design team, responding efficiently to feedback and project adjustments.

  • Translate sketches, notes, and conceptual ideas into comprehensive working drawings.

  • Organize data tables with square footage, acreage, and parking counts.

  • Utilize remote collaboration tools for efficient project execution and team coordination.




Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural drafting or interior design.

  • Associate degree or certificate in drafting, architecture, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Experience with fast-paced project turnarounds and remote collaboration tools (Teams, screen sharing, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and construction documentation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in commercial interior projects; medical project drafting experience is a plus.
