Qualifications / Requirements/Responsibilities :
~Experience in residential cleanings preferred but not required
~Exceptional customer service skills
~Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
~Ability to work in residential cleaning environments
~Ability to easily create relationships with clients and crew mates
~Willingness to learn new things regularly
~The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
~The ability to carry around supplies & equipment on a regular basis and keep them maintained/sanitized and in good condition
~Ability to wash/fold rags to ensure there is enough for every clean
~Have a valid driver's license & your own transportation with valid insurance policy
~Can work well in teams and solo
~ Pet friendly and have the ability to work around dogs, cats and other family pets
~Willingness to help take before/after photos & videos and be in photos/videos for our online platforms and marketing
Ability to commute to the following areas of town:
Mandarin, Fruit Cove, Northern St. Johns area, Durbin Creek, Julington Creek, Bartram, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Fort Caroline, Jacksonville Southside, Northside, Orange Park and other surrounding areas.
Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
