We work with clients across the UK, Canada, Australia, and international markets. As we continue to scale, we are looking for experienced Sales Closers who can convert high-quality leads into long-term clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Closer with strong communication and persuasion skills to close qualified leads generated by our marketing and lead generation teams. The ideal candidate will understand the difference between ethical selling and financial advice, and will be able to build trust with clients while operating within compliance boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by FinSafe.
  • Conduct professional sales calls with potential clients and present FinSafe’s services clearly and ethically.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects, particularly individuals concerned about scams or financial risks.
  • Follow structured sales processes and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure sales practices meet regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in finance, crypto, fintech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in B2C or high-ticket sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service versus sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Knowledge of finance, crypto, or scam prevention is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a high volume of calls.
