Senior CBT Therapist - Mental Health REMOTE

We are looking for a <strong>Senior CBT Therapist</strong> to join our existing team. Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.<br><br>Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI's including session numbers and manage staff utilisation<br><br>Carry out mental health duty cover supporting with general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation<br><br>Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management<br><br>Anyone and everyone is welcome to apply to work for IPRS Health. We are looking for our new <strong>Senior CBT Therapist</strong> to be a team player, communicate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing, time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment and to be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.<br><br>To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:<br><br><strong> Qualifications which must be detailed on your CV to avoid rejection:<br><br></strong>Have a professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)<br><br>Hold full BABCP accreditation<br><br><strong> Experience:<br><br></strong>Have a minimum of three years mental health experience in both virtual can face to face and virtual treatment in public or private healthcare.<br><br>Have previous experience of supervision or management of a small team.<br><br><strong> Knowledge:<br><br></strong>You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.<br><br><strong> Skills: <br><br></strong>Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise.
