As a Senior Product Manager, Communications, you will drive the evolution of a system designed for scale and precision,  you will expand AI-powered intelligent automation and analytics capabilities that quietly drive efficiency—helping customers control costs, minimize errors, and deliver consistently fast, high-quality guest experiences. You will understand the exact needs and communication pain points of our customers and are able to work with design, engineering and your peers on building intuitive solutions that solve real user problems.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure every release delivers tangible improvements in speed, accuracy, and operational clarity. Your decisions will be grounded in real customer workflows and data, always with an eye toward measurable impact.

What you will do:

  • Help develop and implement the Hostaway Communications vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company vision.

  • Closely work with our design function to iterate on prototypes, ideas and suggestions and evolve them into fully functional and shipped user features.

  • Prioritise ruthlessly and use data, intuition, and storytelling to align stakeholders and move quickly.

  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule together with the engineering management team

  • Define and analyse the metrics that determine success, with the ability to understand what activation, adoption and churn risks look like across the entirety of the communication features portfolio..

  • Stay current on trends in AI, messaging, automation, and hospitality tech — and bring creative ideas into the product.

  • Be a key voice in the company for what “excellent” looks like in modern communication.
