As a Social Media Manager, you will take charge of developing and leading the strategy, content development, and content production for key H2 campaigns such as Holiday Shopping and Client Predicts. With guidance from the Director, you’ll drive impactful campaign initiatives and partner closely on the overall team budget to ensure cohesive execution and maximum results. Skills: • Experience leading organic social campaigns for a major brand that have delivered significant volume of earned media • Relevant experience managing social media channels for a major brand • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and how to create content that feels relevant to each platform • Strategic and conceptual thinking, with passion for innovation and disruptive, thumb-stopping content • Highly driven, proactive and takes initiative • Someone chronically online on all social media channels who can uncover trending moments and conversations opportunities with the ability to quickly concept and create reactive content • Experience working with influencers/creators • Collaborative, team-oriented spirit with a history of successful cross-functional relationships to deliver results across teams (PR, marketing, product etc.) Responsibilities: • Develop and refine innovative social media strategies for key tentpole campaigns, partnering closely with the Director and external agency teams. • Oversee end-to-end content production and execution with channel managers, ensuring seamless delivery across all channels. • Partner with Director to manage the overall social media team budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact and efficiency. • Serve as a key consultant on paid media strategies for campaigns and evergreen content. • Demonstrate creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop conversation-starting campaigns that drive buzz and community engagement. • Serve as subject matter expert on tools for reporting and competitive landscape analysis • Contribute to team reporting for campaigns, monthly and quarterly reporting. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously infuse fresh, forward-thinking strategies into all campaign initiatives.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
