Opportunity:
The Product Innovation Manager role is to provide strategic and tactical planning, Go to Market and pre-sales support for the Tagit Digital Retail Banking portfolio of solutions. The Innovation manager will be a key part of the team launching Tagit’s new Family banking product designed to (i) help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime and (ii) help prevent elder financial abuse for senior when using digital bankingThe candidate will conduct primary and secondary research with parents and Gen Z youth and analyze feedback from prospects, customers, stakeholders and other teams to determine and optimize requirements٫ features and end products.

What you will be doing

  • The candidate will conduct primary and secondary research with parents and Gen Z youth and analyze feedback from prospects, customers, stakeholders and other teams to determine and optimize requirements٫ features and end products.
  • The Candidate will also play a critical role in the User Experience and Design and partner with design teams to create delightful customer experiences
  • In addition to support Tagit’s product plans, the candidate will also work closely to identify and cultivate key markets for Family Banking with the Sales and Marketing teams. This work will also include supporting new Family Banking sales opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, solutioning and proposals.
  • The ideal candidate is a someone who understands how to launch a new product to the market and support sales opportunities to establish Tagit’s presence in the market.
  • Can conduct continuous quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Develop, document and maintain business requirements through discussions internally and externally. The candidate will possess the people skills to identify and execute external briefings, workgroups, focus groups and related activities to understand the target market.
  • Ability to participate in internal strategy and planning sessions for the market with supporting quantitative research and requirements.
  • Ability to work with Marketing & Sales to develop the required sales-enablement material for Sales to promote and sell the product(s)
  • Provide support to management on key commercial aspects of what will be successful in the market.

  • What you will bring along
  • 5 + Years of proven and experience in above mentioned skills and requirements
  • Masters/bachelor’s in management or relevant field
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Able to take responsibility “end to end” for assigned tasks.
  • A working knowledge of banking IT and digital eco systems.
  • Experience working with and/or around, the following technology areas: digital solutions, UX/UI design, Agile Development, AI technologies.
  • Ability to create and deliver sales presentations to prospects, solution discussions to determine product fitment to the client’s requirements and working with internal stakeholders to put together a technical and commercial proposal to the client.
  • Ability to use all the of artifacts and learnings from the sales cycle to write the Statement of Work for the Tagit teams and clients to finalize scope to initiate project execution and as a handover from sales to delivery.
