About You

  • As a .Net Backend Developer working in a multidisciplinary squad , you will contribute directly to the company wide objectives with your involvement across different team layers.
  • At the squad layer, you will work with your product, data, and design counterparts and other stakeholders to discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems.
  • At the chapter layer, you will contribute to the backend chapter by supporting its goals and initiatives. You will help with key tasks and collaborate with others to grow your skills while learning from more experienced team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
  • Work with the team to implement experiments and learn from data-driven insights.
  • Write clean and maintainable code with support from peers and mentors.
  • Seek opportunities to learn from more experienced developers.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn coding standards and improve code quality.
  • Follow and adopt best practices in software development.
  • Contribute to discussions about architecture and design within the team.
  • Embrace a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by sharing ideas and feedback.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE

Technical Qualifications

  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time & space complexity
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably C#)
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and querying
  • Understanding of Object- Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
