<p>Tesla is seeking a Senior Compliance & Distribution Specialist for their EMEA Product Distribution Centers in Dubai. This role involves ensuring compliance and efficiency in the distribution of service and energy parts, supervising a local 3PL warehouse partner, and working with internal and external teams. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of UAE and GCC compliance requirements and experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.<br>The Senior Compliance & Distribution Specialist will be a key member of the Tesla Southern Europe & MEA Distribution organization. This team focuses on efficient and effective Distribution of Service & Energy parts supply to the service centers, vehicle collision repair partners, and Tesla customers.<br><br>The main responsibility of the Senior Compliance & Distribution Specialist is to support the setup and continuous improvement of a seamless, compliant, and efficient compliance process of the Tesla spare parts and -products in Dubai and GCC. A key responsibility for this will also be supervising the performance of Tesla’s local (3PL) warehouse partner. On behalf of Tesla, the employee will be the 3PL’s main local point of contact. The main objective is to ensure Tesla’s performance targets are met by the warehouse partner.<br><br>The successful candidate is a professional with extensive knowledge of the UAE and GCC compliance requirements and procedures, with experience in a similar or equivalent role. This role will be critical in assuring Tesla meets the local transport and distribution compliance laws.
