ADIA UAE National Internship and Employment Opportunities

Once you have submitted your application, our team will review your profile for potential Internships and/or Employment opportunities.

For internships: It is important to note that ADIA offers two internship intakes, and candidates are encouraged to apply at least 2 months prior to the intake: 

  • March Internship Intake: Designated for Summer and Fall internship applications. The deadline to complete your application is on the 1st of January.
  • October Internship Intake: Designated for Winter and Spring internship applications. The deadline to complete your application is on the 1st of July.

For recruitment: It is important to note that ADIA offers two recruitment intakes, and candidates are encouraged to apply at least 2 months prior to the intakes: 

  • February Recruitment Intake: Designated for Fall semester graduates. The deadline to complete your application is on the 1st of January. 
  • September Recruitment Intake: Designated for Spring semester graduates. The deadline to complete your application is on the 1st of July.

 

Be sure to review your e-mail inbox regularly for invitations to assessments or interviews sent by talent.sourcing@adia.ae or the National Recruitment team.

  • CV: Include your graduation or expected graduation date (Month, Year). Be sure to include your local and abroad phone number (if applicable).
  • Photo: as per UAE National ID requirements.
  • Passport copy, Emirates ID, Family Book: coloured copies of your personal documents (these can easily downloaded from ICA).
  • University Transcripts: copies of official academic transcripts preferred.
  • Certificate of Equivalence: If you have completed your studies abroad and have graduated already, include your Ministry of Education certificate of equivalence if available.
  • High School Transcripts: include your 10th,11th & 12th grade transcripts.
  • IELTS: attach a copy of your certificate.

Document Quality & Size: Ensure that all text is legible, and images are clear. Each document file size should not exceed 5MB.
