Major Accountabilities:Formulate a weekly blueprint for the Client Servicing Team regarding forthcoming campaigns, encompassing the installation, removal of static and digital campaigns. Managing picture requisites & maintaining all reports/records to be coordinated with finance, ops & management.Assume accountability for scheduling, posting & monitoring digital campaigns.Continuously scrutinize and validate content broadcasted on digital signage screens to ensure alignment with statutory requisites and operational standards.Collaborate with pertinent departments to devise, timetable, and oversee advertising rotations on digital signage platforms.Proactively communicate with the Sales Department concerning any quality or scheduling anomalies vis--vis digital signage content.Aggregate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as necessitated.Organize and authenticate documents for contract validation & facilitate the prompt dispatch of contracts.Maintain meticulous records on production costs and forthcoming asset expiry for Business divisions.Pursue internal & external follow-ups on client artwork, securing content within stipulated timeline and coordinating the installation process.Manage the occupancy & availability records.Liaise with Ops & internal teams to assist in delineating posting priorities.Adhere rigorously to company policies and remain apprised of industry paradigms pertinent to posting.Sustain regular conversation with all sales cohorts to uphold elevated levels of client contentment.Extending ongoing counsel and reinforcement to sales and marketing factions regarding their promotional endeavors.Skills:Bachelor's Degree : 5-7 yrs Client servicing experience Preferably in Media & Advertising industryGeneral knowledge of out of home industry & its different formats such as static & digital & thus understanding of artwork requirementFamiliarity with disseminating content through a content management system is a plusAptitude in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment. 360 degree account responsibilityAdroit manipulation of MS Office suite.Effective business communication skillsAble to work under pressure while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
