CNC Operator-Programmer (HAAS ST-15Y)


Responsibilities:
Programming and operating the HAAS ST-15Y CNC turning center;
Setup and operation for turning, drilling, milling, and threading processes;
Tool setup, offset setting, calibration, and selection of cutting parameters for turning and live tooling operations;
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and machining specifications;
In-process and final quality inspection of parts according to drawings and tolerances;
Basic machine maintenance and keeping the workplace clean and organized.


Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a CNC operator-programmer on HAAS lathes (mandatory);
Direct experience with HAAS ST-series machines, preferably with Y-axis and live tooling;
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (mandatory);
Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings;
Solid knowledge of HAAS control system and G-code programming for turning centers;
Practical experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred, but not mandatory);
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
