The services provided may include COE area expertise or multiple areas of human resources, including employment, education/training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, employee or labor relations, affirmative action, organization or resource planning or other services. Provides interpretation and counsel to external/internal clients regarding policies, programs, and practices. Researches issues and develops recommendations to resolve External/internal client issues. Develops new policies, practices and programs to meet customer needs. For COE positions, delivers, manages, markets, customizes and helps develop the solutions, practices and processes within a HR program/process (s) to meet business requirements. Works with global HR Directors, and management teams to understand overall business objectives and apply solutions to enhance operational performance. Ability to positively address human capital issues. Is a subject matter expert in his/her area of focus. Leads medium to large scale complex projects, project teams and/or initiatives to address client business needs in support of an HR program/process (s). Able to solve problems independently; integrates solutions across areas of expertise, seeking guidance when necessary. Orchestrates client activities to ensure that all HR-related commitments are kept; is the client’s single point of contact and accountability. Influence HR programs and/or processes with client groups and understands business issues and can apply/develop appropriate solutions. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. You will be successful in this role if you have: Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required Typically 8 years of progressively responsible experience Professional certification and/or Master’s Degree are desirable. Demonstrates depth of experience and has led several successful medium to large scale projects within a region or COE
