GPS Marketing Agency is looking for a Growth-Focused Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in email marketing and lead generation, particularly within the real estate and clinic sectors. If you thrive on performance metrics, high-impact campaigns, and data-driven decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage and scale high advertising budgets efficiently
  • Handle performance campaigns for real estate and clinic clients
  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and propose improvements
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Deliver regular campaign insights and performance updates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and email marketing
  • Proven experience in real estate and clinics (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills
