We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a skilled developer to manage HubSpot and support our website design and optimization.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HubSpot & Website Developer
to manage our HubSpot CRM automation and website design needs. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving our website, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring our digital platforms support lead generation, client engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management-

  • Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Build and maintain landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns
  • Manage lead tracking, automation, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and proper integrations
  • Support marketing campaigns and sales processes through HubSpot tools

Website Design & Development-

  • Manage and update the PTD Fitness website (design, layout, content, performance)
  • Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
  • Ensure website is mobile-responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
  • Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to increase conversions
  • Troubleshoot website issues and manage plugins/integrations

General-

  • Integrate HubSpot with website, booking tools, and third-party platforms
  • Work closely with marketing and management teams
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics and performance data
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements-

  • Experience working with CRM, workflows, and landing pages.
  • Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar)
  • Understanding of SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
