As an ICN Nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Nursery (ICN). This is a full-time position in the healthcare/nursing field, focusing on providing exceptional patient care.</p><br/><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns in the ICN</p><p>- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians</p><p>- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans</p><p>- Educate and support parents and family members on the care of their newborn</p><p>- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records</p><p>- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed</p><p>- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations</p><br/><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Valid nursing license and certification as an ICN Nurse</p><p>- Minimum of 2 years experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care unit</p><p>- Strong knowledge of neonatal care and treatment protocols</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment</p><p>- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays</p><p>- CPR and ACLS certification</p><br/><p>At Swaasa Jobs, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care.
