We are currently inviting applications from qualified and passionate educators for IGCSE teaching positions across multiple subjects.

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented teachers for the following IGCSE subjects:

  • English
  • Chemistry
  • ICT
  • Mathematics
  • Hindi
  • French
  • Physics
  • Biology
  • Business Studies
  • Economics

The ideal candidates will have strong subject expertise, in-depth knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, and the ability to prepare students effectively for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Delivery

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus.
  • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and academic resources.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity and exam-oriented preparation.
  • Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies.

2. Assessment & Examination Preparation

  • Design assignments, tests, and mock examinations as per IGCSE standards.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback.
  • Prepare students for internal assessments and final board examinations.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and progress reports.

3. Student Development

  • Foster analytical thinking, problem-solving, and subject application skills.
  • Support differentiated learning to address diverse student needs.
  • Provide remedial and enrichment sessions where required.

4. Professional & Institutional Responsibilities

  • Participate in academic planning and faculty meetings.
  • Stay updated with curriculum revisions and Cambridge guidelines.
  • Contribute to institutional growth and academic excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching IGCSE or equivalent curriculum.
  • Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment criteria.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency required for Hindi/French roles).
