Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as CILT, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), or PMP are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of logistics experience with at experience of managing Sea/Air shipments from China to international locations and experience working in a multi-national or cross-border logistics setup.
  • Experience of working with security solution products or similar sensitive equipment is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in logistics management tools and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Skill Set:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to lead and manage our logistics operations to manage shipment deliveries from China to MEA Region and other international markets. Knowledge of security solution products is preferred, with a strong understanding of international trade regulations, supply chain strategies, and logistics best practices. The role requires coordinating end-to-end logistics including import/export, warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate with clients for shipments from China for Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.) and global markets.
  • Oversee international shipments, ensuring compliance with regional and global trade regulations, especially for security-related products.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and transport service providers.
  • Monitor and optimize transportation costs, lead times, and route planning.
  • Handle documentation and compliance for import/export operations including incoterms, HS codes, and country-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of security solution products in accordance with industry and legal standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency and customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment and customs issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with market trends, logistics innovations, and regulatory changes, especially in the Gulf region.
