Sales Manager - New Opening - Hatta

Role Overview
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth strengthening brand awareness and building strategic relationships to position for a boutique outdoor hospitality destination as a premier experiential travel destination in the region. This role requires a dynamic self-driven individual who understands the luxury-meets-adventure space and is passionate about creating and promoting meaningful guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Drive bookings across various segments including direct guests experiential travel agencies and lifestyle groups.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities such as wellness retreats group bookings brand collaborations and seasonal packages.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the propertys unique offeringadventure nature and wellness-focused hospitality.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns activations and seasonal promotions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain partnerships with DMCs tour operators lifestyle brands wellness curators and corporate clients.

  • Deliver a high-touch personalized approach to client engagement that fosters long-term loyalty.

Sales Performance & Market Insights

  • Monitor sales performance reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Stay informed on regional travel trends competitor offerings and emerging market segments in experiential and eco-conscious travel.

Collaboration & Experience Integration

  • Work closely with on-site teams to ensure that all guest touchpointsfrom booking to check-outreflect the propertys ethos and service standards.

  • Support the development of experience packages that integrate adventure wellness and local culture.


Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in hospitality sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven success in GCC markets ideally with time spent based in the region.

  • Background in luxury lifestyle or experiential hospitality.

  • Strong network across corporate clients travel agencies tour operators and government entities.

  • Arabic language skills are highly valued.

  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.

  • Passion for nature wellness and creating authentic guest experiences.
