Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing guidance on our wide range of product offerings.
  • Structured product ideation based off client feedback and interactions
  • Price and execute simple to complex structured product across multiple desks
  • Deal with day-to-day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operations
  • Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems, analytics and coordinate trading activity
  • Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service.
  • Candidates will be required to work shifts, which include supporting different time zones and weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred.
  • Have an active mind and strong awareness of risks
  • Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill. Excellent team-work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred.
