<p>Tesla is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for the Middle East and Turkey, based in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Istanbul. The role involves advising on legal matters related to sales, service, and regulatory issues across the region. Candidates should have strong Arabic and Turkish language skills, with some business travel required. We are looking for you to continue and expand this success story together.<br><br>The Senior Legal Counsel, Middle East and Turkey (or higher level) will be part of Tesla’s EMEA legal team working on legal matters in i.e. the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, ranging from sales, service and marketing to commercial contracts, consumer protection and regulatory matters as well as Tesla’s Supercharger business. The focus for this role is to be the trusted advisor for the business leadership in the Middle East and Turkey. You will specifically support in legal matters related to the service and sales business within Tesla and advise on applicable statutory and consumer protection laws, regulatory matters, marketing and real estate and Supercharger contracts as well as proactively manage outside counsel.<br><br>The role can be based in Dubai, Saudi Arabia or Istanbul, but candidates from other areas are also strongly encouraged to apply. Strong command of the Arabic and Turkish language is highly desired. Some business travel will be required.<br><br>You are a team player, highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active and entrepreneurial. You have the ability to think strategically and know how to successfully and independently manage complex legal matters while prioritizing your resources efficiently.
