Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Scope & Requirements Management: ○ Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope and requirements. ○ Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. ○ Maintain a list of project artifacts to manage the project 2. End-to-End Project & Program Management: ○ Lead the project lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ○ Establish and monitor deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. 3. Business Process Mapping & Documentation: ○ Analyze business processes and develop system architecture diagrams and information f lows with swim lanes and system mappings. ○ Define KPIs, personas, and work with Product Analysts on data architecture. ○ Gather necessary API documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and create detailed approach notes for team alignment. ○ Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into UI/UX features. 

Reporting & Cadence Management: ○ Break down tasks for all business processes, assign owners, and set accurate ETAs. ○ Prepare and distribute daily/weekly MIS reports on project status. ○ Lead structured cadence reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough follow-ups and Meeting Minutes (MoM) documentation.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience ● 5‒7 years of proven experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises (MUST HAVE). ● Proven experience in program/project management, business process mapping, and client engagement, system integration, or workflow automation. ● ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions. ● Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. ● Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. ● Familiarity with API documentation, data architecture, and system design. ● Ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
