UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. This role will drive the design process from concept through execution, ensuring each touchpoint reflects a deep understanding of user behavior and business goals.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about solving problems through design. You should be comfortable owning the end-to-end design process, collaborating across functions, and iterating rapidly. Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Design intuitive and engaging UI for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to align designs with business objectives.
  • Present design solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular design reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Performance, Reporting, or Strategy

  • Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and optimize designs.
  • Maintain and evolve a design system for scalable and consistent UI.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and proposing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and UI execution.
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
